Is Starter really free forever?+
Yes. Starter includes shared budgeting, goals, and tracking for free with no time limit. Upgrade to Growth only when you want automations like bank feeds and forecasting.
What happens after the 14-day Growth trial?+
You choose whether to continue on Growth. If you do nothing, your plan becomes £9.99 per month. You can cancel anytime or switch back to Starter without losing your data.
Can I change or cancel my plan whenever I need to?+
Absolutely. Manage your subscription in settings to pause, cancel, or reactivate. Growth is billed monthly or yearly, and unused time is carried through the period you have paid for.
Will I lose progress if I downgrade from Growth to Starter?+
No. All of your budgets, transactions, goals, and history stay intact. Downgrading simply turns off premium automations until you upgrade again.
